Hi I'm Viktoriya,

The magpie adding all the hand applied gold leaf touches to your luxury wedding stationery in my little studio in Lancashire. I am most inspired when I'm outdoors exploring nature and by flowers in particular, I even named my daughter Daisy. 

I adore working closely with couples to make the vision of their dream wedding day come to life with beautiful finishes and bespoke illustration. It's a true privilege to get to work on something as happy and romantic as your wedding. I understand how important tiny details are in achieving the perfect first impression. After all your wedding stationery is a taster of what to expect on the big day. I can help you set the mood and style and leave the guests wanting to know more and excited to RSVP.

After graduating from The University of Central Lancashire in 2012 with a Surface Design & Textiles degree. I have worked in different creative roles across home interiors, gifting and stationery for over 12 years. Throughout my career I always gravitated to tactile materials. I fell in love with foil, emboss, laser cut and the tactile nature of paper and specialise in print finishes. I love to work on bespoke design projects crafting beautiful, artful, unique keepsakes.

I got married and loved the process of creating something bespoke for myself, planning the details and experimenting with laser cut. I even Illustrated each one of my guests to have little portraits as a place setting, which was a great conversation starter. It was super personal and a memorable touch, a real fun experience for the guests on the day. The freedom to design anything I wanted sparked my creative passion for starting my own business.

As well as being a print process geek I am an illustrator and love to paint. A passion stemmed from childhood, often getting into mischief with paints. Now I offer venue illustrations, hand painted fabric signage and bespoke hand painted Champagne bottles. I can paint on any surface, I even painted a pair of cat portraits on some trainers once!

The creative process

Ideas stage 

We will meet over a call to discuss any inspiration you can share with me. Perhaps a special place where you got engaged, or met, could be the starting point of our design journey. I love to hear the sentimental detail of a couple's love story. These always spark wonderful, creative ideas unique and personal to you. We will discuss colours, textures and materials that feel just right for your style. At this stage it will be helpful to understand rough numbers of guests for your quote.

Mood Board  & Style Setting

After our initial consultation, I will put together a visual mood board of all the things we discussed. I will provide a creative proposal for the look and feel of your stationery. This will include presenting finishes, bespoke illustration ideas, paper and envelope choices, and all the finer details you will need for your event. I like to give you options from which you can then select the elements that will build your wedding stationery suite. I will quote for a list of items you might like, depending on your setting and budget. You can choose which items you want and leave the rest. Your stationery suite will be personal, unique and considered for your special day.

Designing & Illustrating

Once you have reviewed your mood board, and selected all the elements you would like for your stationery suite, I will begin designing all the elements for you. Please allow up to 4 weeks for this stage, as it will depend on the amount of bespoke illustration required. I will mock up everything digitally for you to review. You will then be able to provide feedback, and together we can refine any of the detail, before we get to the approval stage.

Creating Magic

After your approval, the magic happens! I will begin to handcraft your stationery. I will make everything in-house, expertly crafting each piece to perfection. You will receive your stationery within 2 weeks of design approval. Perfectly packaged, and ready to send out to your guests. How exciting!

The Big Day Approaches

After your guests have received their invitation,  you will continue to plan the rest of your wedding day, finalising your vendors, and tasting the food and wine. Approximately 3 months before your big day, we will work on all the stationery and signage you will need on the Wedding day. We discuss all the elements you would like and go through the same design creation and approval process. We will already have all the bespoke illustration elements from the invitations to work with, but by all means, you can add any extras you might like. This timeframe ensures that everything is executed to your exact needs, and is of the highest quality, minimising any stress.
