Before Ordering

We suggest you send out your invitations 6-12 months before your wedding. If you have a shorter time frame you will still need to allow up to 6 weeks from ordering to receive your invitations, then the time to send them to your guests and get all the RSVPs back, so its helpful to work back from your wedding date. 

You will need to know how many items you would like to order and the exact wording for all your items. Please spell check everything to ensure it’s perfect as the wording you provide is what will be printed. You will have considered the full suite and decided on all the elements you would like. Ordering

Select Your Design and add the correct number of items to the basket. If you need 50 Invitation Suites. You will need to add 50 Invitations, 50 Details Cards, 50 RSVP etc. If you are choosing to add embellishments such as wax seals and ribbons add the correct number again. Fill out the personalisation required for each item. Please note samples are not personalised.

After Ordering

I will get in touch to confirm everything is correct with your order. You will get a design proof to review for spelling before anything is printed. Your design proof will be with you within 2 weeks of placing your order, once approved you can expect to wait approximately 4-6 weeks for your order to be made. Everything we create is hand made and timings vary due to the size and complexity, number of bespoke elements such as illustrations, that make up your order. You will receive an expected delivery date via email once the proofs are approved. Finally you will receive tracking information when your order is shipped.

Before Ordering

You will need to know how many items you would like to order and gather clear photographs of your guests or venue. For people we need sharp close ups of face with no accessories on so we can see eye colour etc. unless you want them illustrating with sunglasses/ hats. We require a minimum of 6 months lead time for large place card portrait orders due to studio capacity. If you need them in less than 6 months please email us first to check if we have availability, hello@fancyfolk.co.uk

Ordering

Select the correct number of items to the basket. In the personalisation area please let us know your desired delivery date. Please label each guest photo with the relevant name as you would like it to appear and send us all your files. Please note we will be in touch and let you know when we have planned in studio time to work on your order. We may not need all the images right away. By booking you are securing your design time for guaranteed delivery.

After Ordering

After your booked design time when the illustrations have been created, you will get a digital proof to review before anything is printed. You will need to check the spellings are correct and have one round of amends. Once approved your ordered will be produced within 3 weeks. Once you have approved your proof you will receive an expected delivery date via email. Finally you will receive tracking informations when your order is shipped.

Ordering

Purchase the artwork from a selection of ready made designs and fill in the personalisation section with any wording you would like and notes about colours etc. Then purchase a bottle of your choice and ship to us, we will email you our delivery address, next we will paint your order, wrap it and ship it back to you ready to gift. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be completed.

Bespoke Commissions

Purchase the Bespoke Bottle painting option and email us with your ideas, colours, flowers, subject matter etc. We will draw up a design within 5 working days and email it to you for approval. As well as purchasing the painting you will also need to send us your bottle of choice. Once you approve the design sketch the bottle will be painted and sent back to you. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be completed.

Outside of the UK Commissions

For international delivery please get in touch as additional delivery fee might apply. I'll calculate the cost based on your location. Please note I am unable to ship via air freight  due to international alcohol laws. I can send via Royal Mail this will take at least 14 days in transit then more time within your country so allow 4 weeks to be safe. Also please not I am not able to ship anything that is above 24% in Volume. This usually means most spirits, so please check. Champagne, Wine and Beer is usually below 24% and is fine but do double check.
